Tailgate rattles really bad

I have the same issue with 2020 JLUR. It came with smittybilt carrier, 20" wheel with 35s. I have installed stock wheels and tires on it but the rattle did not go away. There is no place left on the carrier to install bump stops, the tire is pressed against the carrier fully. I also see from the rear view mirror that the spare and a bike mount on it vibrate (This was never the case on my 2020 Sport S with same bike mount).
A QUICK FIX is to loosen the striker and move it slightly towards the front of the car by gentle taps, then tighten it. Talgate will be harder to close, try to find a good middle ground.
