Did you try what @Roky suggested in post 13 of this thread? Have you asked the dealer about it?

I plan on doing some digging into it this weekend was just hoping someone had a solution to save time and headache lol. I despise the dealerships they have never helped me out with any issues on any cars to be honest. They are about as useless as the insurance companies trying to weasel their way out of anything

I can't say the same although I think Canadian dealers aren't as "wild west" as the US ones.

Try the lube check Roky mentions. Dude knows what he is talking about.
