Creaking/knocking noise when idling

2021 Willys JLU
37k miles

Just had all 4 shocks, coolant reservoir, and 2 coolant hoses replaced by the dealer last Wednesday.

I noticed this last week while in a drive thru. When the auto start kicks on, the noise subsides. When I press the brake all the way in, the noise subsides. I turned the heat off and the noise remained. It eventually stopped but does happen again. It seems to only happen once the Jeep has been on for 30+ minutes, not immediately from cold.

Any idea what this could be? The dealer has had my Jeep for 3 days and can’t figure out what it is. I have shown them multiple videos of the noise, but they can’t figure out where it’s coming from. We’re all at a loss and I’m getting frustrated.

Where at in Colorado are you? I may be able to help you once the house closes and I get my toolbox to the shop. Should be about 2 weeks or so. We close on Wednesday.

You could get a mechanics stethoscope and find the source or at least the area of the source pretty quickly.
