Subwoofer ring stl or svg

Does anyone have a file that you can 3d print or CNC to make a ring adapter to mount an aftermarket subwoofer into the factory sub enclosure? I could have sworn I saw one but now I can't find it I can go out and 3d scan it I guess but hey if someone has one already it will save me time

I've made a few out of MDF for other members. I don't have a CNC but I'm pretty handy with a router.
