I have a 2024 Rubicon X fully loaded and the Infotainment system is complete garbage. It constantly loses its connection to the satellite nav system and to my Bluetooth on my phone. Even when its plugged in it looses connection it is trash. I like Alpine but someone dropped the ball. In all honestly it is the worse stereo system I have ever owned in 45 years of driving. Looks awesome but performs like garbage.
You probably have tried. But I'd get the dealer to replace the unit under warranty if you can. Problem is the usual "sorry unable to replicate" line they always give.

I feel the same way. I drive many different rental cars for work, and the 24 Sahara stereo is the worst. I still don’t understand how you can put that type of stereo in a $50,000 vehicle.
Ford is doing the same with the Bronco trims. Even the B&O system is only a slight upgrade from stock unlike the Jeep with the Alpine system.

I have to admit, I'm not an audiophile, but that looks AWESOME. [Even at that price point!]

Looks like we took a similar migration path: mine was from Evergreen -> Phx
I really like the system the team at Rockford installed in my Jeep. I find myself ignoring the jerks during rush hour here in Phoenix more because I’m generally bumping down the road singing.

I'm afraid that is what they will tell me. I have not talked to them yet. They are replacing my windshield in a few weeks I will ask them about it see if they have a firmware I cant get or something. Its suck because its a good looking system. Just cant stay connected at all.

You are correct. Had the upgraded systems in the other two, but this one is the base. I’m just surprised that the base stereo is such garbage on a $50,000 vehicle
Ever heard a Bose system on a Chevy? The Jeep base system is better than my C6 and Silverado.

It doesn’t have a very rich sound, but it’s loads better than the base stereo in the Bronco - which sounds like the sound is coming out of a tin can.

So after adding the kicker hideaway 10" sub, i replaced the corner dash speakers with kicker 3.5 cs series. Took all of 5 minutes. Big improvement. Definitely brighter since there was no tweeter with stock speakers there but not too bright. I did have to follow the advice of many and move the speaker balance to the back a bit (the new speakers are 4ohm). When i replace the sound bar ones it may balance out again without that adjustment.

The dash speakers cost around 50 bucks, and the adapters were around 10 bucks.
