Sting Gray club?

It sounds correct. I was informed buy a Jeep rep today via Jeep Chat that all Sting-Gray builds are to begin mid-March to early April. It is officially mid-March, so your dealers info checks out.

I hope it's correct, that would be great news. I just was wondering how a dealer would know info that isn't even in the tracking system yet. Is the jeep rep just guessing because they are "slated" to begin the gray? I'm not trying to be a Debbie downer, it's just so many times we get let down with mis-information.


And "all Sting-Gray builds"? Does that include the 2 door? I have been told by Jeep chat that they would begin in mid April...The 2 door, that is. I haven't been given a date for Sting-Gray.

I think we need to take what jeep chat said, along with what you're dealer said, with a grain of salt. It's likely the same set of information, the official jeep stance to the public is that "Sting-Gray builds will begin from X to Y..." I would be surprised if your salesman just picked a date in that range to personalize it for you and make himself seem knowledgeable.

The official line was that "late availability" options including Sting-Gray were to begin production in that timeframe. Whether that's 2 door, 4 door, dual top, color matching fenders, who knows? We'll just have to wait and see as our fellow members on this forum start getting D1 and making progress.

This is definitely Billet Silver, not Sting-Gray. I don't know if you were trolling or misinformed, but either way, it's one dam good looking Jeep!

That Sting Gray going to CA is in Wyoming. Should arrive sometime late next week or early the week after.

Perfect! I like it, I'll probably take one of these and stylize it a little bit to make it look like a stingray for my T-shirt idea.

Edit: The more I look at it, the more I think it is almost perfect as is for the front of the T. Would you be able to just rotate the headlights a little bit on either pic 1 or 3 so the LED part is slanted in like a predator's eyes @ToolMan514 ?
