How does this affect the steering wheel when driving? Does it return to the position it was set at after playing with the drag link?

What are some suggestions for fixes for pulling to the right when steering wheel is dead center ? I am on order for the new steering gear from the TSB fix.
Is your jeep truly pulling to the right or does it go right when wheel is centered? If it is driving straight and the steering wheel is just off center then you need to adjust drag link to align/center the steering wheel as mentioned above and in the video. If it is truly pulling to the right as you drive it could be many factors. In this case, get the TSB completed, check tire pressure and have them check alignment after TSB completed.

Its more like it drives straight when steering wheel is slightly rotated to the left (which makes it not centered). Ill get the TSB done and see what happens.

That is a simple fix as mentioned above to center the steering wheel. It will not drive any differently just a visual thing. If your steering wheel was too far off center it would give you error codes but sounds like you are just off center a bit. The alignment you had completed should have adjusted that for you but it will be messed with again when they complete the TSB, so hold off adjusting...

Depending on where you are driving - most roads have a crown in the middle. I've been told having your wheel slightly to the left (a few degrees) may actually just be the crown in the road as opposed to drag needing adjusting or out of alignment. In theory a perfectly aligned vehicle on a road with a crown in the middle will mean your wheel is slightly turned to the left. (at least in countries where you drive on the right :) )

Find a road with no other vehicles on it where you can drive on the wrong side and see if you still need to have the wheel to the left a few degrees to go straight, then something is off. If not - and you're now slightly turned to the right - then you are probably aligned well.

On a flat even surface, do you have to fight the wheel to go straight. If No, drag link, if Yes - Align, or could be TSB

Mine is actually like that after the TSB. It was perfect before that. Dealer claims they don't see it so they won't adjust. Someday I'll get around to it ...
