Is this one the same for plastic and steel bumper? Do you also have closeout panel?
no they are two different pieces for the plastic and the steel bumper.

I ordered this to replace mine. Fits as I would expect a stock one to, and it cost much less than the factory replacement from Mopar.

Thank you.
I'm going to look into that as I don't think I have anything there other than what you see in the photo when you zoom in.
Jeep Wrangler JL Steel bumper install question 7lwRoai

I'm likely adding a BadLand winch in the semi near future.

OP,

What does your bumper look like underneath from the front?

And one more question:

Did you order you bumper with the winch guard cross bar or was that a separate order?

It looks exceptional.

Hello. I just replaced my OEM bumper with a MOPAR steel bumper. In doing so, you remove the plastic molding piece that goes between the back of the OEM bumper and the grill. Now the space is just empty. Does anyone make a piece to replace that plastic molding? The original cannot be reused, because it cannot be reattached along the back of the top of the steel bumper.

If you are getting a winch use the items below, the other two posts are wrong.

Kit contains:

Item # 7FX60RXFAA - Passenger's side Closeout Panel

Item # 7FX61RXFAA - Driver's side Closeout Panel
Second on this. The closeout panel does not work with the winch.

That is where the winch goes.

The cross guard is separate. I got it from Quadratec:

and here is a pic underneath from the front:

That stamped part comes off when you add the skid plate.
