I have a 2019 Wrangler Sahara woth the 3.6L. It's at the dealership now for the 3rd time. 1st time was a service shifter light and I couldn't put it in gear. They did a gasket/oil leak repair and replaced both batteries, main and auxiliary. Shortly after getting it back on the road the same error/issue occurred. This time I was told it was the star connector and some bad wires that were rubbing on a bolt. I'm back at the dealership for the 3rd time with the same issue, plus the vehicle started to bounce/shake while in park. Now they're saying it's the O2 sensor, and I still have an oil leak that they already fixed. I'm feeling some red flags here. She's been in the shop for over two weeks in total. Over $2500 in repairs...and now there's yet another issue that happens to be the same error/mechanical problem. Does anyone here have experience/advice on this subject? I feel like they're just guessing and not fixing the actual problem. Help! Thank you

You mentioned "star connector" - are you referring to the green canbus behind the glove compartment?

If the batteries were replaced, this canbus in the next most likely culprit.

What codes is it throwing?

The dealership has done all the repairs, so I don't know what the parts look like. The last sheet of errors was 2 pages of canbus computer errors, that's when they replaced the star connector and part of the wiring harness for it. Another issue is my original service tech is no longer there, and the Chrysler computer system got hacked, so they can't access my records for this visit. All I have are the service receipts, which are in the glove box, at the dealer.
