Start stop blown electrical system?!

My start stop triggered at a light, I usually turn it off but forgot to this time, and the entire electrical system went nuts. Battery warning light came on and started running rough. Pulled into a parking lot, turned off engine, disconnected battery and waited five minutes, turned it back on and everything went haywire! Wipers going on and off, dash kept showing systems one at a time not working etc. etc. having it towed! Thoughts?

the small battery ...every post that states haywire electrics seems to always turn out to be bad batteries or one drawing on the other.

Diagnosis: Bad ESS battery sucking the life out of the main battery and sending the electrics batty!

Cool new technology, what a waste of time! Squeak out an extra 0.5 mpg to save the planet but have to build lots more batteries to do so and makes cars break...hmmm! is it just me?!

Having my Genesis system installed tomorrow along with an extended bike hitch, @TTEChris of Tank Customs is doing the work, well Ryan his business partner is ...anyway I will be running with two full size Full River Batteries and plan on getting the NOCO Genius 10 charger to keep them healthy, I am looking at that second battery as my onboard jumpack as I can use the built in jumper to connect the two

Not a cheap option but don’t want to get stranded and the batteries will be easy to replace years down the road
