Center the wheel. Remove the wheel and use your hands to find the "center" position of the clock spring, then reinstall the wheel. Like 99% chance you've goofed and the internal winding is broken, though. Can't hurt to try.The service manual doesn't offer a recovery method to get the SCCM clockspring back into timing.
@alphawolff have you run into this and have a method besides trial and error?
