If you have a collision, the tire will try to continue through the interior of the jeep. That needs to be addressed.

Well, I recently read if getting rear ended the rear tire takes on the brunt of the impact, creating significant damage the tailgate etc. The rear bumper doesn't really get to do its job protecting the vehicle. The way people text and drive this has me somewhat concerned.Why?
