effective, yet hot. :)

it's over 100 nearly every day down the southwestern town of el paso

I understand heat, I'm in Alabama. While we may not get to the 100's like you do in El Paso, we are regularly beating you (sometime as much as double) in humidity levels. Either way, the fan is loud but the A/C works great.

quite true. i'd much rather have the low humidity than what you guys put up with. and i'm not really complaining as much as trying to be a bit humorous about it. i'd rather have a loud fan and a cool engine and cold air coming out the vents than be able to hear myself talk at the drive thru.

I agree and my follow up to suggesting the OP's abbarent sound is possibly the AC blower is that the AC works amazing. So does the heater. My little girls have fogured out that if the vents are closed for about 5 minutes while the heat is on high, they dare not touch the vents. They are scalding!

I'm considering learning sign language to be able to communicate more effectively at the drive through of the fast food joints in town. they can't hear me, i can't hear them. pull up to window, no better.
Yeah...Iā€™ve run into the same problem...I finally have just gotten to the point of turning the A/C way down or completely off when I go through a drive through. Itā€™s not necessarily a deal breaker...but man it would be nice to be able to order food and stay cool at the same time...

Ha ha, you can all have that heat. I may complain about the snow up here, but we only get a few days a year in the 90's. Triple digits are rare in these parts, so the need to turn the AC much higher than 1 or 2 is few and far between.

If anyone ends up going into the dealership to get this noise inspected, let our team know via direct message. We can get a case started and over to a Case Specialist for further handling.
