SOLVED! Removed hard top. What is this thing?

Hey Jeep friends! Hoping one of you experts can identify this part… I removed my hard top today and found this afterward sitting on the front seat and have no idea where it belongs.

It’s about the circumference of a quarter and about an inch long, made of what feels like rubber.

Any ideas?
