Softop Storage Using a Hoist-a-Top??

I have a ceiling mounted Hoist-a-Top for my 2dr HT. I'm about to swap back to the HT for winter. Has anyone come up with a way to store the soft top using a Hoist-a-Top (or similar ceiling hoist)?
If so, pic's of your setup would be appreciated!

Is it possible top to get threaded rod couples to attach to the top of the 3 triangle shape forming rods (as seen from above and marked in the picture as points "1," "3," and "5") with the hard top hooks below, and then extend some threaded rod on those couplers towards the sky, on which could sit a wooden platform with 5 holes: 3 for the aforementioned threaded rods and two for the steel cables that do the lifting, as queued up in this video?



Then you might have a platform that below lifts the hard top as designed, and above stores the soft top and its windows to be lifted no less out of the way by the device?

I just connect the two rear straps together and the two front straps together and lay the soft top and all frame parts lengthwise and hoist away.

The 2x4s are for when I store the hard top. I need to hang it upside down due to space concerns and the 2x4s provide structure and keep the top from folding in on itself when I strap it up the same way. A picture would make more sense, but I don’t have one at the moment.

Lot of people use the Racor style hoist off of Amazon. That's what I did for mine until I sold the hard top.
