Is everyone storing their windows vertically? I have the Mopar bag, and Mopar premium soft top. With the plastic support piece at rear corner of Jeep being integrated in the side windows, it just seems like a bad idea to try and store the bag vertically. My windows are in great shape, and I'm trying to keep them that way. I lay my bag flat, even though it take a lot more garage space. Of course, with a 2-dr (maybe even a 4-dr), its really not feasible to bring the windows in bag with you and laying them flat. If I bring my windows with me, they are installed, not in bag.
I have a two door and have stored mine behind the backseat whenever they're not installed, no issues with the C pillars breaking after two years at least. Seem to be doing just fine

I have a two door with the backseat removed and lay them flat in the back. I use the Mopar bag and bend the windows the same way they would be upright in the cargo area of a four door.

No problems yet! And if I do get a wrinkle from something under or on top of them, the 100+ degree heat in Texas has always flattened it back out. When they’re no in the Jeep, I throw them in the bag and under my bed so they don’t get kicked or stepped on.

I lay my bag vertically in the shed leaned against a wall with the windows in them. I dont see it being an issue as the bag stands up pretty easily.
