So...I have searched in the forums for this issue but the threads are pretty old. I have noticed on Cooler days (below 50) the strut running across the soft top above the Roll Bar rattles, terribly. Its BAD. LOUD. Its literally torture as the Jeep bounces all the time.

As a stop gap, you will see in pic #2 what I did as a temporary measure. Here is my question and what I need advice on - I do NOT want to void a warranty and drill out the screws as others have suggested. Is there any way to tighten those screws to provide a little more resistance? The top bar will twist up/down and this constant motion is what is rattling.

I looked at mine and don't see anyway they could be tightened and yours doesn't look any different than mine. My top is tight it that area after almost 6 years. I assume you're still under warranty though I doubt the dealership itself would know how to resolve and would require a 3rd party, but that's a guess.

Thanks for the reply - yeah I never ever hold out hope for the dealership to actually fix it w/out making it worse.
