Soft top bracket bolt sizes

I picked up a new soft top for my JL - however, it does not have the bolts for the door surrounds, the bolts for the tailgate bar brackets, and the bolts for the brackets on the rear roll bar.

I have found the part number for the door surround bolts, however, I don't know the part number (or size) for the other bolts - could some provide a part number or size of those?
