Soft Top bracket part

Hi

I've got an incomplete soft top kit. I need the brackets and bolts that go on the tub, parts B and C (and corresponding bolts) according to the instructions below:

I can't find them on the Quadratec website to order individually, they seem to have every other part, can someone help me out here?
