I ordered the same color combo. Mine was 3 days later. I have a VIN that the dealer gave me, but it still comes up like this on the Jeep website, with no VIN and nothing else. It's a bit frustrating. My last Jeep took 17 days altogether.

So when you do an order, should you get a notification from the dealer the day they put in the order or is there usually a delay before they get confirmation from the factory and have anything to send to you? For example, if the dealer was submitting the order to the factor on a Monday should I get the initial tracking info that Monday-Tuesday or can it vary?

I've ordered two times. Each time there was about a 2-day span between placing my order and getting a confirmed order and a VON. Then another 2-3 days to get my VIN.

Placed order tonight got VON about 30 minutes later

Called the dealer and apparently the order was put in on Monday with several others and they haven't gotten confirmation it was accepted yet so they don't have a VON. They're expecting to get confirmation this week but I'd have expected these orders dealers submit go into an automated system and should have quick turnaround. Surely the submission system they use can't be a manual operation on the factory's side?

Same here. It was just a relief just to order. I heard Monday that the prices were going up on Tuesday by about $1000 apiece but when I went to rebuild it just to see the build site had not changed. Either that wasn’t true or the website hasn’t caught up with the facts

The builder on jeep.com can lag behind reality by minutes to months.

Well, he was the one that told me about the price increase and called me to make sure we did get the order in and he put it in while I was on the phone with him , so thank you though for your concern?

Got an update from my dealer today that they got confirmation the order was accepted. They're just waiting on a VON to send to me now. Though I'd have though Jeep would send that as part of the confirmation, right?
