Does anyone use these? Looking for pro's / cons. .

I'm looking for a decent slider ( light rock crawling )that has a step and provides some protection from rocks hitting the rear fender

I have Smitty bumpers on my JK and they have held up great. People bag on the Smitty stuff cuz it's Chinese, which I get, but IMO you get more than you pay for, but not USA made quality.

TLDR: YMMV - most here subscribe to the buy once cry once notion.

I only have experience with SB on this platform being some "sliders" I bought when stock.
These things were so great that they got bent coming down on the singular obstacle (lol, obstacle) at Peter's Mill. If you know anything about that trail you know that that should be impossible.
They were immediately removed for RockHard4x4 sliders. I would never take the SBs properly crawling, however I have friends that do and they could care less. That item in particular I imagine is probably fine. It looks pretty flat and the tube sliders on the bottom may be fine, but hollow steel bends regardless.
That said if you're already looking at spending $700 on SB sliders i'd suggest stretching that a little more and getting a pair from a more reputable brand, made for what you're looking for, that will likely outlast the jeep.
