I purchased some tubing then bent and welded onto factory rock sliders painted with raptor liner. I get compliments on them all the time and people want to know where they can buy them .

how are you liking the LODs? pics?Steps hang down low and get stuck. I did LOD Destroyer sliders to get both a step and a real slider. Just an option.
I went with these - a combination of both:Looking at steps for my 21 jlur.
Would you go with steps or sliders?
what’s your opinion?
Looking at either : https://www.extremeterrain.com/rough-country-wheeltowheel-nerf-side-steps-2018-jl-4-door.html

I’m glad I went with them. I might have gone with he aluminum ones they have now if I didn’t it over again but not a big deal. Only downside is the step can be slick sometimes if they are wet.how are you liking the LODs? pics?
You could have both with Rock Slide Engineering Step Sliders. I haven't yet had the opportunity to try the slider aspect but the steps are great.
We have the folding Walmart step stool. The weight limit is 250 lbs. What’s the weight limit on one of those? I have a very fat “disabled“ “sister” who could use that, as she slide out and off the seat to get out. Really starting to show some wear over there…
any chance you can measure how high this is from the floor if you have a stock jeep? I got my rubi yesterday and the lady wants something to step on. of course she likes the rock slide engineering one... but i am not even sure we need that without any lift
Sorry it took so long. Looks like it was approximately 5 1/8” from the jam to the step.Very torn on what option to get. Have been looking at LOD pretty hard, and need to just end up with something so the wife has a step…
@JeepJLU402 would you be able to measure the distance from the bottom of the door jam to the top of the step? I can extrapolate how far off the ground and build out a sampling if you did.
Talk about inflation, I had these in my cart 8 months ago for about $785!
this perfect. Thank you so very muchSorry it took so long. Looks like it was approximately 5 1/8” from the jam to the step.
