My Sky One-Touch is opening halfway and won't open any further. And then when I try to close it, it starts to and then pops back open.
I've tried doing a recalibration, but in order to do this, the top has to open more than halfway and close properly. Even when I hold down the back button for a long period of time, it will not go any further.
I tried pulling a fuse and waiting the amount of time is mentioned (I waited longer), it did not help. Now I might not have pulled the correct fuse since there is more than one possible choice Sio I am going to double check this.

I would like to mention I did recently have an issue with my top where the track on one side went off the rail and I had to force the top close and get it back on track. It has not opened all the way since.

Anyone have any suggestions (besides get rid of the SOT)

Check all the crossbars for breakage, especially the ends of the ones that run the tracks(two bar sections, one for the track, the rear one folds up) . One of mine broke for no explainable reason and wouldn’t close until the broken piece in the track was found and removed.
Very expensive to repair, labor intensive.

From what I can tell after checking it and using an air compressor to help blow out anything but nothing came of it, there is nothing blocking it.

@2nd 392 after reading your response, there is roughly a 1/2inch of the bottom of the track rail that it runs back and forth on broken off. When whatever happened that caused my top on the driver side to run off the rail and break, to get my top to close because it was wide open, when closing it I had to use a makeshift 1/2inch placement to make sure that when it closed it didn’t run back off after I had put it back on. It did close. But since then it will only open halfway and when I try to close it, it pops back open. I have to hold the button and when I hear the clicking at the end I have to quickly release the button or it pops back open.
I did pull the two fuses that are labeled top motor left and right for 10+minutes but that did nothing.

Then it will likely have to be removed and at least partially disassembled to weave everything back together like mine. It would be expensive if not under warranty.
