I’m voting on it being an sound electrical. If you have a bad ground anywhere in your electrical system it could be causing it. I’ve had this before. Try unplugging any USB cables from the UsB ports.

Here is a little info:

A bad ground wire can cause noise in speakers, even when the radio is off. This noise can be due to several factors, often related to electrical interference or grounding issues within the vehicle's audio system. Here are some common causes and potential solutions:

### Causes of Noise from a Bad Ground Wire:
1. **Ground Loop**:
- A ground loop can create a continuous hum or buzz in your speakers. This happens when there are multiple ground paths that cause a difference in electrical potential, resulting in noise.

2. **Poor Ground Connection**:
- If the ground wire is not properly connected or is corroded, it can cause intermittent or constant noise. This poor connection can pick up interference from other electrical components in the vehicle.

3. **Interference from Electrical Components**:
- Nearby electrical components, such as the alternator or ignition system, can cause electromagnetic interference (EMI), which the audio system picks up as noise.

### Solutions to Address Ground Noise:
1. **Check Ground Connections**:
- Ensure that all ground connections are clean, secure, and free of corrosion. Use a multimeter to check for continuity between the ground wire and the vehicle's chassis.

2. **Improve Grounding**:
- If the current grounding point is inadequate, try moving the ground wire to a better grounding location on the chassis. Ensure the metal surface is bare and free from paint or rust for a solid connection.

3. **Use a Ground Loop Isolator**:
- A ground loop isolator can be installed between the radio and the amplifier to break the ground loop and eliminate the noise.

4. **Shielding and Routing**:
- Ensure that audio cables are properly shielded and routed away from other electrical wires that could cause interference.

5. **Install a Noise Filter**:
- Noise filters or capacitors can be installed on the power supply line to filter out unwanted noise from the vehicle's electrical system.

6. **Check for Faulty Components**:
- Sometimes, a faulty alternator or other electrical components can cause noise. Check these components and replace them if necessary.

Addressing these issues should help eliminate the noise in your speakers caused by a bad ground wire. If the problem persists, consulting a professional car audio technician might be necessary to diagnose and fix the issue properly.
