I want to share my warranty service from Bestop. I bought a Sunrider (twill version) about a year ago. I noticed a bit more of wind noise when closed late in the year but just thought is stretched a bit from new and did not think much about it. During removal for winter I noticed the "Z" clips broken and no longer were attached. I called and asked if I could get replacement parts. That is where the outstanding service started. During the call I was told the parts are not available as they are built in and did not have parts for this repair. I was asked which version I had and was told the warranty would cover a full replacement. I contacted the warranty department online and provided the info they wanted. Proof of purchase and a couple of pictures of the issue was all that was needed. It took only a day to get a reply from them stating the issue indeed was not repairable and they are sending a complete new Sunrider to me. It took about 7 days to receive it. I installed it yesterday. This has been the easiest and best warranty service I have experienced. Kudos to them ?
