So I ordered my Rubicon in late August last year. The Jeep went into production 2/15 and has been stuck (most recently) in JS status.
From what I can tell from reading all the threads JS status is where the Jeep goes when it’s put in storage (and it appears that’s never for a good reason).

Any thought out there?

I’m more worried about a problem with the Jeep.

I would not like it. They r probably having a parts issue. It will come at sometime but waiting is hard to do. Especially when you dont have any kind of shipping date. When I bought mine I thought about ordering but found what I wanted in the lot about 500 miles away and bought it

Are you unable to get any kind of information from your dealer? They can see things on their end that aren’t visible in any of the trackers.

Honestly if it’s just wait I’m fine.

I’m more worried about problems with the vehicle that’s causing the JS status.

I’m buying from Granger in Iowa and the people I’m dealing with aren’t helpful. Their response is they don’t know anything.

I would say they r waiting on something to complete the Jeep. When I got mine it was only missing the tow pkg I wanted. I did not want to wait. So my dealer went and got it for me. So far zero issues. I hope yours is as good

@WindyCityGuy JS is a typical part of the process. If you have any question you can send me a DM or reach out to our Jeep sales rep!
