I have been doing research to do an overland kit for my Jeep JL and I came across with Clayton Off Road Overland Kit which does not comes with shocks. The memo says shocks are recommended which kind of threw me a curve because I thought shocks would be a mandate. My jeep will be doing lot of off beaten trails to do overland but moderate off-roading.

Did you ordered the JKS Suspension LIft Kit?
I did! 3.5” JKS kit. It was installed a couple of months ago. I love it!

Three Jeffs posted consecutively. That has to be a new forum record! :CWL:
Hey Jeff! And other Jeffs!

The shocks are optional part in the description is actually leftover from our old website where when you added the lift kit to your cart, it would prompt you to then add a set of shocks, which we just wanted to let our customers know if you had already sourced shocks elsewhere or were planning to get them elsewhere then you didn't have to worry about adding them to your cart! Sorry for the confusion, hopefully that clears things up. We do see a lot of our customers go with the Fox 2.0 series as they work great for most applications, or for some more aggressive driving or wheeling the Falcons seem to pair nicely as well!

James, absolutely, and thanks for the clarification! When I bought the JKS lift, I had to chose between the JKS shocks or the Fox 2.0 shocks, along with other options I had to chose (such as HD springs for the front, standard springs for the rear).
