if your shocks are leaking there will be residue on your shocks...if it was enough to hit the ground they will be a mess....oil of any type does not evaporate into nothing....like was stated above condensation is your answer....

I blew a fox 2.0 shock one time towing when i hit a pothole. When i pulled up to the camp site i saw a puddle coming from the shock. When its blown its noticable.

I had a leaking front stabilizer and it dripped a lot of oil. It was in my TJ and i thought it was an oil leak from the engine. Not a ton, but more than i imagined would come from there.

As the others said, sounds like condensation from exhaust or AC

Hey, no judgement here...
An Eskimo takes his car to the mechanic, he leaves for an hour so the mechanic can diagnose the problem.

When the Eskimo returns the mechanic tells him "it looks like you blew a seal", the Eskimo says (as he wipes his mouth) "no that's just frost on my mustache.
