I have a 2021 Rubicon 392 with around 7k miles, had since new. I've been having battery issues with the most recent issue where I went on vacation for 2 weeks and came back and the battery was dead. Charged it up, took it to the dealer and they checked charging system and battery and all good.

Sat for a couple days and seemed a little slow to start. Got message on dash that said Aux switches not available, battery charging. I have been keeping a trickle charger on it when it sits more than a day.

So last night in the garage, I walk by the Jeep and see the dash lights come on. I've seen this before but for some reason in my head was thinking it was lighting up because I was near it. Well key fobs are nowhere close so it's not that. Then I sit there and watch it. The shifter lights come on, then the dash lights up, then the uconnect screen comes on. All this stays on for a few seconds and then turns off. Then after 12-15 seconds, same thing happens. And this is happening over and over and over. What in the HELL is going on??

I've checked/cleaned/tightened the battery cables. I've tried leaving the Jeep unlocked and locked. Nothing makes a difference. Who knows how long this has been happening, but it has to be what is killing my battery.

if anyone has ANY idea or advice, I would REALLY appreciate it!!!

Have your battery load tested. It is possible it is going bad. If the battery tests good, have your CANBUS connectors behind the glove box checked.

agree but I'll add...seek out an independent garage and avoid the dealer.

Dealer did test the battery then had it tested somewhere else. Thanks.
