Happy Labor Day to all that work or are retired. Lol.
Limoncello has been running rather well over the last few months. I travel for work so she has just over 63,000 mile so far. I have since added the hi-steer flip draglink since I’ve been dealing with bump steer. It made it go away. Then found another MetalCloak piece to install it was miserable lying on my back drilling up into the frame. It’s the front track bar brace. Also with that Hi-steer link I added the front track bar relocation bracket.
Took it to Gulches, Beasley Knob and the two badge trails at Windrock all last week.
I learned that I’m still having issues at full drop/flex.
Metal binding is my rear yoke on the battery skid plate still at full flex. Now with the new hi steer flip I now have contact with my sway bar at full drop also.
so far, I’ve learned that my bump stops should 1” per lift. So I’m adding another inch of bump stop in the back and front top and bottom.
I have decided against 40’s at this time.
mid like to extend my brake lines, look into longer travel shocks also. But most importantly I’m tired of binding on full flex.
so I’m ordering another set of my MT 37” all terrains. But now I’ll be getting the ICON pro wheels with the bead bolts.
people have suggested my rear track bar, but I cannot come in any tighter. I don’t have threads showing. Just wanted to some pictures to show what I’ve been doing and she’s been great except at full flex.
I’d like to learn about how to size extended brake lines also.
