Why did you have to make it where the dash needs torn apart to get the chrome bezels out. I hate them and want them black but they've made it such a pain. I think they did it on purpose to taunt us with cheap "chrome".

I actually looked. The issue is they don't completely cover and some of that stupid chrome knockoff crap appears to show. Thats almost worse. I did end up pulling the trigger on the ac vent ring covers but those appear to have full coverage. I'm almost tempted to try and learn a new skill that's how much I hate it. Thinking the most viable option would be vinyl wrapping it all.

Plastidip?
I guess it's a possibility, but that would require a looooot of prep work to limit the overspray. Itd probably take just as much time to tear the dash apart unfortunately.

@Blues Fan 30 I did a quick search and Jeep changed it based on customer feedback. They quoted the following as one of the deciding factors, " Why did you have to make it where the dash needs torn apart to get the black bezels out. I hate them and want them chrome but they've made it such a pain. I think they did it on purpose to taunt us with cheap 'black'."

I hope that helps indeedy.
