Anyone know the function of this screw?

I’m not a hundred percent sure since it’s a Jeep branded Fox shock…. But my best guess is a nitrogen fill port. There’s two ways they do it with that type of plug…. One, there’s a rubber pellet under the Allen screw and they use a needle fitting to charge it…. Two, there’s this tool that loosens the bolt and and charges it…
