Koons does not waive the destination fee, they take 5% off of it as well where others do not. I can’t answer as to whether or not Dave Dennis takes the 5% off before or after the destination fee is added.
According to the quote I was given from Dave Dennis, the 5% below invoice includes 5% off the destination price.
I sent my initial email on Sunday. Then saw the posts with the updated email and sent it again. Sent a third one because I left off the steel bumper group in my original email. No response to the first two accurate emails yet, so I just sent a third request a few minutes ago. I thought maybe he had Mondays off but I've been seeing his posts here and there.

I've been checking the spam file and I haven't received anything. I saw the other post on here from Matt and emailed him and he got right back to me. I would have called but not knowing when sales people are busy, I figure it's easier for them to get to it when they have a minute with an email.

Not at all, 5% below on lease or buy! To us a lease and buy are the same, they both count as a sale. Leases are a little harder to work out payments on since we have tax rates of different state and depending on the state they tax leases differently as well as different rates.
