Rust hole in axle

Was under the Jeep trying to locate what may be causing an ongoing noise when I came across a small rusty hole near where the front axle meets with the driver's side wheel. I know Jeeps don't have the prettiest welds but is this something I should be concerned about?

If it were me, I’d jam a little JB Weld in there or have my buddy put a little stitch weld on it and forget about it.

As stated smear some JB on it and move on, to many other things to worry about in life.
