How much will Rubicon take off suspension lift my JL Sport S?

Depends on what it came off of...2 door vs 4 door, steel bumpers vs plastics, tow package vs none..... you have to look at the parts number on the springs to figure or the stiffness of the coil springs. Lots of treads on it on this site... to many...lol. but full of great info!

Those green and white tags on the coil springs will have a number on them...
