Rubicon suspension question

If I install the rubi suspension on my sport (already lifted btw) does it add the extra inch or is that only provided within the lift?

I wasnt sure if the shocks added height additionally.

Shocks have NOTHING to do with lift height. Only springs or spacers will change lift height.

Okay, got my Rubi shocks on. Rides just a little tighter and I swear, the front end seems a smidge higher. I did have a beer at lunch so I dunno.

Shocks will sometimes make it seem like they lifted the vehicle compared to your oem shocks, if the internal pressure is higher (newer shock, Monotube Shock), and the vehicle's weight did not have the momentum to push down the shock and rest at the height it used to.

It doesnt mean your vehicle gained lift, or would have more clearance for tires or anything like that, but its not an optical illusion.

The rubicon suspension is 1/2 taller then the Sport, Sport S , Sahara &MOAB .. due to the coil springs
