Please continue to work with us there in order to avoid any missed communication.Update: I just had my JLUR in for the FCA Field Engineer to take a look at. He had the dealership techs remove, grease, and reinstall the brake backing plates on both front wheels as well as re-torque the axle nut. And the sound was gone! For 15 miles....
Now the chirp is back and coming from BOTH sides, not just driver. So after 4 trips to the dealer totaling about 10 days, my brand new 20 JLUR has only gotten worse. I called the service manager, who is trying to get in touch with the FCA Field Engineer. To my dealerships credit, they are trying, but even the FCA rep hasn't been able to fix it. I love this jeep, but I'm at the point where I am googling my lemon law rights...
