This works perfect...my back up sensors don’t go off any more and my tire has plenty of room now to close with ease.

Running 315/70/17 on my JL Sahara

Is it me, or is it hanging forward?

Looks great. Couple a questions.
1. Did you have to relocate a backup camera?
2. Will the stock backup camera work with that setup?
3. Did you add any reinforcement to rear door for the added weight?

Thanks

I'd recommend getting extended bumpstops long enough to press up against the tire.

Where can I get extended bumpstops?

Just do a quick Google search on "extend tire carrier bump stops JK." There are a lot of ways to go about it. For the short distance in the pictures above a piece of PVC cut to size with a cap, or garbage disposal hose inside the existing stop will work(1-1/4" if my memory is correct) There is also a method involving hockey pucks which seems more secure since it pushes the factory stop out and gives it a nice large base.
Daystar makes some that you cut to length, but they get terrible reviews.

I really do t think there is anything to worry about as far as weight issues with 35’s but I would be a little concerned if I was running 37’s

I have 315/70s on my stock rubicon wheels and they measured in at 86.6lbs. Jeep was quoted here as saying that the stock assembly should support up to 85lbs.
