Wave me down next time so I know it’s you lol. Most jeeps around town don’t even look my way
Sadly I am hardly in my jeep. Normally driving my 2500 single cab pickup with and orange work box

Rebuilt my quicker disconnects for the trip. Got all the control arms greased up so they don’t squeak. Just have to do a once over on the oil and other fluids. The. I’ll be ready for this trip

👍

I ordered some polyurethane trackbar bushings. My trackbar has more movement one of the bushings than I'd like to see. They're about 5 years old. So, I'm not surprised.

Yup. Planning on rebuilding the control arms when I get back. To hold my off until I can order the metacloak long arm kit. Also looking like I need a rear pinyon seal in the near future

I’ve never camped before in my life lol. But I’m trying to get into it.
I got a hotel not too far from the meet up spot.
regarding Saturday, are you guys stopping at a certain spot/time to eat ? And is everyone taking their food already prepared like sandwiches for example. Or do you guys stop and cook or whatever ? I usually just take McDonald’s or something but it’s annoying. Looking for an excuse to buy a portable grill 🫣

Rocky Gap is pretty short. I don't think it will take the group more than a 4-5 hours to run. But you could play a long time in the wash. There's a single picnic table near the top about halfway that had shade. Traffic on the weekend could make it take longer or if people want to take the options.

Not sure what time I'll be able to get out of town on Friday so I'll likely get a motel somewhere close to the meetup spot. My plan is to make the drive back to SD Saturday night since I have to be at my MIL's place on Sunday for her bday.
