I just wanted to throw this out there if anyone is considering buying/installing the Rival fenders on your JL. I'll keep it short as possible for everyone. Regarding the quality, I love the look/style of the fenders. They are decently sized to keep most debris from kicking up and hitting the jeep. They fit nicely with the 37's and here in California, some law enforcement are rather picky about how much tire is exposed.
Quality wise, the welds and way they are welded gives the appearance that they are bent/damaged. The rubber liner they give you is complete junk. Do yourself a favor and buy some fender trim to put on before you install, you'll be happy you did. The most challenging thing I found was, when attaching the fender mounts to the body, there was a mounting hole that was in the completely wrong location so you could not mount them as instructions said. This required me to drill the fender mount and the body to attach it. I will attach some photos of that so you can see what I'm talking about. That's about it. One more thing, I reached out via email to Rival as I needed some hardware and they never responded. This was necessary because some of the hardware had powder coating on the threads and was completely useless.
That's a tough one for me. I hope this helps if anyone has or is considering the Rival fender option. In these pics, you can see the after and before on the rear fenders. I'll post more pics if people want to see.
