Hello all.
I am looking to wire 42W led flush mounts into my aftermarket bumper.
List of things I want it to do.
1) Lights come on when car is in reverse
2) Lights come on when I flip the switch
The issue I’m running into is not wanting to go into my dash and run wiring from the relay to the actual rocker switch in the cab.
The MLC6 just requires you to wire a positive and negative under the hood. Is there a way I can wire up to there without having to go into my dash and run to the 3 pin switch in the cab?
Or just I just wire up with a relay and diodes so they come on with my reverse lights (essentially removing me being able to control them with the switch. I honestly doubt I would ever need to.)
I’ve searched and found really find an answer with still just utilizing the power and ground from under the hood to the MLC6. Ultimately I’m trying not to remove my dash again. Thank you.
