I might not have your answer, but I have a question that may be relevant. Having done the battery replacement, when you put the Jeep in reverse is your backup camera displaying on the screen?
Yes. The camera is working as normal
Ok I ask because often after a battery change the backup camera may not function for the first 24 to 48 hour. So I am on the wrong track, Hopefully someone smarter than me will respond.
Ok here’s another suggestion from @Rhinebeck01 to reset Uconnect. His suggestions are usually spot on. But ymmv.
To reset UConnect,(your radio) you can pull fuse F97 while your JL is running, wait say 10-15 seconds and then plug the fuse back in... now turn off the JL and then restart your JL.

Agreed. I’ve been told the fuse method is a shortcut to what you’re suggesting. But I am no electrical expert so there’s that.

If Microsoft, which actually has the soft of software in its name and has been at it for 50 years, can't write software that does not crash, hang, freeze or worse, what chance do the programmers of Stellantis have of writing reliable software?
This is so true on so many levels. I have a gaming friend that writes code for some brake controller modules that go to some auto manufactures, he wouldn't tell me which one. But he said the code that he and his team creates will work 100% of the time, the flaw is when the manufacture writes their code that talks with the module it becomes the headache of bugs and crashes.
There are many accounts that describe strange occurrences after replacing the battery. A mechanic at our dealer explained that the Jeep will need to go through 3 sleep modes to fully recover from a battery replacement. That doesn't seem correct but logic doesn't come into play with a system computer with a number of satellite computers on the same power supply. Some features are actually eliminated until the system total recovers. I'm trying to find actual text in a service manual to substantiate this... until then, must take someone's word for it...
