Replace factory soft top rear window

There is an FCA recall on the soft top rear windows because of this very issue. Check out this thread. I have a 2018 with factory hard top, and purchase the soft top second hand (new), but still got the notice. You should follow up on this, you may get it for free.

I entered the VIN at www.fcarecallreimbursement.com , but received a notice that there is no data for the VIN. I'll need to look into this further.

Aside from being reimbursed, if it is eligible, the best part will be feeling like less of an idiot for not securing the window properly.

I believe the recall is because the design prohibited you from securing the window securely, so it’s not your fault…
