Removing Scuff on Fender ?

YIKES! I scuffed the rear driver's side fender. Not bad, but a scuff nevertheless. How do I get that out? Tried compound, that didn't work.

Not going to be easy to do, unfortunately. You can try using something like this to see if it will at least restore the black finish. A bit of light sanding might work, after which you'd also use the trim restore. You can also try using a heat gun/hair dryer to gently heat the area and try to smooth out the plastic.

You’ll have to learn to live with it. You can mask it to some extent with a back-to-black type product.

I wouldn’t go sanding anything.
