'22 Rubicon with 6k miles on it which I've had since March '22. There are these black spots on two areas of my drivers seat which I'm having a hard time removing. It's probably from lower back sweat. I've tried the Mopar Total Clean and a brush as well as hot water and dish soap, but it won't come off. Any advice or direction would be appreciated.

That looks more like the top color has worn away a bit.

Curses. I do have the cold weather package, so I wonder if that could be the culprit.

If it isn't this, one thing I would look into trying, is trying to gently wash with a rag & warm water with some face wash/soap geared towards oily skin. If it works, be sure to recondition the leather afterwards.

If the top colour has faded away, that's an easy fix with some leather polish that has a close match to what the colour of the leather on your seat is.

Shorts and leather, a bad combo. That's were you left thigh pushes down when you engage the clutch. Try a dab of baby shampoo and a micro fiber damp with warm water. The baby shampoo will break down the skin oils, but it wont be harsh on the leather.

If you are within your 36k bumper to bumper warranty, I would hit up the dealer for that. This is the exact reason why I no longer buy leather seats even in black. I get in and out of my vehicle so many times during the day that the corner of the seat would develop a shine which would eventually lead to the stitches showing. I only weigh 165.

It's not actually spots, it's just on the high part of the grain. Could be from the color rubbing off of dark blue jeans too. I've had that happen before on vehicles we've had with tan leather.
