I searched threads and saw somethings about the recalls however could not find anything that indicated that the W12 recall fix was recalled by the new 19A. Is this the case?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking... but the current 19A recall applies to ALL manual transmissions regardless of whether they have been "fixed" previously. This post specifically calls out previous fixes under "Y07" that will have the new remedy applied as well (but doesn't mention W12 that came before Y07...?)

Looks like the W12 from 2020 is identical to the 19A in 2023. I had the recall done in 2020 so now I was just curious what happen to where they have another recall on it... seems like a recall on the recall fix

To the best of my knowledge, there have been 3 recalls on the clutch (depending on model year). The second recall did not undo the first—it added to it. As far as I know, no one knows what the most recent recall will do precisely, but I have serious doubts that it will include rolling back the software update of the 2nd recall and will most likely also be additive.

Edit: So no, I would not call this a recall of the recall but rather a continuing recall of the same issue.

Edit: Sorry, I didn't look at the dates. The 2020 recall was the first; I doubt the 2023 recall is removing the protective sleeve that the 2020 recall added.
