So I got my 19A recall done, 2023JT 88XX miles. Had them pre order the kit, once it arrived turn around was a day. Picking it up, clutch pedal squeaked like a rusty door hinge, and hand a tight springy feeling. Was told normal operation until new clutch and parts got broken in. Well 5 miles down the road hear a bunch of noise, the carrier bearing wasn't secured properly so the driveshaft was just wobbling about. They towed me back and reinstalled it. Then the next day after 25 miles clutch pedal went completely to floor with no return, shifter just moving around not able to find a single gear, and leaking fluid. Two tows in two days. 2nd pic is a list of what actually got done for the 19A recall. Wanting for Monday to hear what needs to get fixed

Sounds to me like you need to find a new dealership to get the work done. It seems that the one you took it to has the 3 Stooges working in their service bay...

Looks like they failed to tighten the carrier bearing on the drive shaft. Must've been hand started then vibrated loose. Surprised it wasn't clunking like hell the second you put it into gear. Who knows what kind of internal damage that caused

Wow! Sadly, it does not surprise me given the dealership servicing experiences I have read about. Very glad I went with a Centerforce aftermarket clutch system and had the work done by my local transmission shop.

There is no excuse for this! I really wish when someone posts a problem where simple incompetence by a dealership really screws the pooch please let us know the dealerships name so we can avoid them!

Its bad enough having to deal with so many recalls and problems but if we can at least be aware of the dealerships not go to, it would really help. In this case simply showing the top of the work order with the dealerships name would have given us the really important info! ]

Jeep Cares sometimes trolls the forum and they need to know as well.

That’s a bummer. I had the recall done a few weeks ago and I thought they did a good job. My Jeep had about 35k on it so I had them do the 30k service while it was there.

Took a full day and ran great after. Keep us posted on what happens.
