Rear windshield washer nozzle leakage

Has anyone noticed their JLU rear window washer nozzle leaking for no reason? I’ll completely windex the rear windshield down — spotless. A day or two later, even if wasn’t driven and no spray was used, I’ll come out to obvious drip streaks (maybe 3-5) that run all the way down.

What’s happening here?

Most likely heat is causing the fluid to expand a bit and drip out. My 24 GMC pickup is doing the same thing just sitting in the garage on a hot day.
