2021 JLUR. Installing Thor air compressor in rear driver side window area. I just want to confirm driver side rear seat belt bolt can be used for ground. If so, do I have to put ground wire under seat belt bracket, directly on the tub floor?

Personally I wouldn’t use a bolt holding the seat belt. I wouldn’t want to compromise that connection.

I’d go to the tub near where it is mounted, drill a hole, scuff the paint off, put in a bolt and ring terminal, then cover it with silicone or RTV when I was done.

You’ll want to run the negative to the battery.

I've run the positive wire up to the battery but want to keep the negative in the back. My understanding is that any bolt thru the tube would work, just get down to the bare metal. The rear seat bracket bolt & the rear seat belt bracket are in the perfect location.
