Driver Side Fog Light Not Working

Im gonna start this with I know this is going to sound like a stupid question before I have to buy a whole new harness I wanted to ask. When I put on an aftermarket bumper, I lost my fog lights so I've had nothing plugged in for a while and forgot to cover the main connector (the one attached to the frame) so it's a little dirty. Now I'm going to put in aftermarket fog lights again and when connecting everything up again, the passenger side lights up just fine but the driver side will maybe flash twice and then just stay off. Of course, made sure it wasn't the lights and plugged both into the passenger side, and both worked. To me, this is a bad connector/wire involving the driver-side connector right? And nothing to do with a little dirt in the main connector (attached to the frame) since the passenger side is receiving power just fine.
